Transfer stuffed leaves to plates using wax or parchment overhangs. Makes 6 servings. SHORTCUT TIP: If you have at least 2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes, or leftover baked or micro-cooked potatoes, mix them with the rest of the stuffing ingredients to save time.
