Email: Rick@JulianAppleTree.com Website: JulianAppleTree.com Rick Dyer DRE# 01419334 This is "Dusty Britches" along with "Wet Sox" and "Skid Mark". Sorry for not making the last fishing report. The Fred Hall Show was in town and we spent a lot of our time manning a booth and promoting the Lake. Everything was going O.K. until "Skid Mark" thought it would be a good idea to do something interactive so he cast a lure with a dollar bill attached to it down the aisle at the Show to get people to chase it back to our booth. It was a pretty cool idea until someone picked the lure up and "Skid Mark" set the hook... pretty embarrassing. Anyway, on, 3-27-2012 we received our first stocking from "Mt. Lassen" for the year... 1,000 pounds (400 pounds of it was trophy trout from 3 to 8 pounders.) A week ago last Tuesday "Jess Ranch" delivered 1,200 pounds of rainbow trout... (400 pounds of that delivery was in the 3 to 5 pound range. We are exPecting another delivery of DFG trout.this week. Because we didn't put out the last fishing report, its been a pretty well kept secret. At the beginning it's the kind : thing that looks both easy and )ring but certainly isn't easy d isn't boring if you know what )u're watching. The dge sits at one end of the ring 3serving different movements, ,aking remarks and giving a ;ore. The scribe writes these bings down. Suffice it to say I am not the dge, but add that it's a great ,arning opportunity.
