Joe Rathburn Brings Happy Folk To Wynola Father's Day and Joe Rathburn? They actually go well together. Singer, songwriter, guitarist Joe Rathburn wrote a song for his father's 80th birthday. It was called Dear Dad and it was in the form of a letter. It spoke of the good times they'd shared, and the rough times they went through coming to terms with the changes they both underwent as the years passed by. The song was later put on Joe's 1997 CD Little Suns and became many people's favorite track on the CD. Joe will be singing Dear Dad, The Dad I Had, Skinny Branches (a song about a lesson learned from grandpa)qand many other fine original songs along with lots of familiar covers Sunday, June 19 (Father's Day) at Wynola Pizza Express (Red Barn) from 5 to 8pm.
