The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce (Pam) Mulvey of Lake Charles. She is a graduate of Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama She spent. 3 years in Tacna, Peru, as a teacher with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp. Her recent job was in the Binational Educational Department at the San Diego Natural History Museum. She is currently pursuing a bilingual teaching credential at San Diego State Univ. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bill (Debbie) Benson of Ramona, CA. He spent his formative years at Julian Elementery and Junior High and is a 2000 graduate of Ramona High School and a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education at CA State University San Marcos. He spent 2 years in Ireland as a volunteer, working with.disabled adults. He is currently employed by San Diego Unified Schools as a special education teacher for students with severe disabilities. The newlyweds will reside in San Diego.
