She is a modern-day June Carter with the lyrical sense of Dolly Patton. With strong roots in classic country, bluegrass and classic rock, she falls firmly under the genre of Americana. Whether she brings the electric Tiger Mountain Boys or the acoustic Sugar Daddies the musical trip is always a treat for the audience. It matters not if she is covering a Bruce Springsteen or a Harlan Howard classic, Sara Petite interprets the music with a style that belays her Washington roots and takes you to places unknown yet familiar in the deep south. Her own song writing is always faithful to her roots and reflects an understanding of human nature few have realized. Come experience Sara Petite Saturday night at Wynola Pizza.
